Meet Huxley The Octopus
Octopuses are all the rage at the moment, not least of all because of the hugely succesful film 'My Octopus Teacher', which won an Oscar this year for the best documentary picture - https://www.netflix.com/gb/title/81045007
Last week on Radio 4 an abridged version of Other Minds by Peter Godfrey-Smith was broadcast each morning at 9.45am. Not something I would have chosen to listen to, but it is a compelling and thoroughly absorbing insight into the lives and minds of Octopuses, and I would recommend it to anyone - https://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/m000vz80#:~:text=In%20Other%20Minds%2C%20the%20philosopher,spending%20time%20in%20the%20water
You will buy the book having listened to the programmes, I promise!
